FUNDRAISING NOTE

So far, we have raised almost $14,000 from residents and spent over $11,000 in the fight against industrial wind in Meredith. We are now raising funds to cover the expenses of an election campaign in support of candidates – Keitha Capouya for Supervisor and Dan Birnbaum and Ron Bailey – to replace the current Town Board.

We estimate the cost at $9,000, including $3,000 for mailings and $3,500 for radio and newspaper ads. The Alliance for Meredith is incorporated as a not-for-profit community organization.
